Northern California

About

The best thing about Northern California is that it can be so many things to so many people. From the chic big city sophistication of San Francisco to the casual elegance of world-famous Wine Country, to the high-tech Mecca of the Silicon Valley to the majestic coastal enclaves of Monterey, Carmel and Half Moon Bay, the region's diversity allows ACCESS Northern California to customize our program offerings to meet almost any objective. Dare to dream it and we will make it reality!

San Francisco offers world-class accommodations, culture, food, shopping, entertainment and more. From a private event on Alcatraz Island to biking across the famed Golden Gate Bridge to a dinner hosted by a celebrity chef at our infamous City Hall or a mansion atop Pacific Heights, San Francisco is a Golden State dream come true.

A trip to Northern California isn't complete without a Wine Country component. The ultimate day activity features a presentation from a Master Sommelier on your transfer to the Napa or Sonoma Valley, an afternoon of exclusive winery tours and tastings, followed by an unforgettable dinner in an awe-inspiring wine cave. For those who can't make it to Wine Country, how about a winemakers reception where we bring the tasting room experience to your event.

Anchored by the iconic Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay is a coastal jewel just 45 minutes from SFO. Quaint and charming Half Moon Bay features oceanfront accommodations and golf, exceptional local and sustainable dining and luxurious spa offerings. The region is also known for its diverse activity offerings such as horseback riding on the beach, whale watching, kayaking and nature and eco tours.

The towns of Monterey & Carmel-by-the Sea offer an air of sophistication and an amazing array of things to do. The region is known for its luxurious resorts, the world's top golf courses such as the Pebble Beach Golf Links, internationally renowned shopping and art galleries, and of course, an unrivaled culinary scene. From an event perspective, our favorites include bocce ball and lunch in the backyard of an exclusive oceanfront mansion, a cooking class in a private home in the Carmel Highlands or a once-in-a-lifetime dinner at Clint Eastwood's private golf club, Tehama.

Located just south of San Francisco is the Silicon Valley, the high-tech center of the world. Home to such groundbreaking companies such as Google, Facebook, Hewlett-Packard, Oracle and Apple, the region's cities include San Jose, Mountain View, Santa Clara and Palo Alto, home of Stanford University. Each city offers exceptional accommodations; multiple venue options, great dining and close proximity to the wineries of the Santa Cruz Mountains, famous for their Pinot Noirs. Our team looks forward to creating the perfect itinerary of events for your next Northern California meeting, conference or incentive travel program.
