Sales Manager

This important team member will be responsible for establishing relationships and securing business from existing and prospective clients, selling ACCESS‘ services to major corporations, associations, and incentive travel companies.

Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years’ in DMC sales with a proven track record of success (and references), or similar role within the hospitality industry. Must be goal oriented, a strategic thinker, self-starter and self-disciplined; demonstrating excellent communication skills, time-management and attention to detail, as well as the ability to handle multiple priorities. Good computer skills a must (including MS Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook and Salesforce). Ability to manage flexible program schedules.

Other Criteria: Strong math skills; customer service oriented; excellent presentation, people, and writing skills; ability to work in a team environment and be a motivating influence.
